Bboys and Bgirls get ready for the biggest Bradford Brawl event ever. Great Judges, great host and great DJs, this is set to be another amazing night for the Tranquil Productions family. We will be hosting the internal jam on Thursday 27th of September 6.30-9.30pm at St Johns Church Hall. Entry to the event is £5 for dancers, adults and children, so please spread the word and support the breakers (dancers) of Bradford. You, the public are also welcome to come and watch the event and see the amazing skills that will be showcased in Bradford. We encourage any bboys and bgirls who want to jam and cypher to come and be part of the event, however the battles are restricted to Tranquil Production members only.

Thank God we are able to run this event again, we have gained a lot of support this time around. DJs Musicarl and Blackbelt Jones from 3Elements Productions will be joining us for the first time to play amazing beats all night and DJ Marek will provide us with his ultimate sound system once again. We are also very excited to announce the founder of HelloHipHop, Bboy Philthee (Phil Tang), will be joining us as a guest speaker to help promote real hip hop and give insight into the culture. Our judges will be none other than the ultimate Bgirl, Fox (Winner of Breaker of the Year title) and she will be joined by one of the most exciting bboys of the next generation bboy Lewpz. Our third judge will be announced shortly. This is not to be missed!

Industrial Techniques have dominated the battles taking wins in the 1v1, 2v2 and crew battles for the last two events but will they be able to defend their titles this year. This year there will be 5 crews present. Taking part in the showcases and battles:

Special Note to Tranquil Productions family:

Attending breakin classes is great and helps young bboys/bgirls as well as adults to stay on point and be inspired. The truth is this will only take you so far, if you are serious about breakin, want to be the best you can be and it’s your passion, then you must attend jams that take place in your area (e.g. Tech Styles, Bradford Brawl, Battle of Briggate, Breakin Through Leeds). Going to jams represents that you want to be part of the Hip Hop culture and it is one of the major keys to progression and hitting the next level.

Aiming to win and be the best you can be is very important, everyone in the family should be training for this but the thing to always remember is that, ‘win or lose it doesn’t matter as long as you learn, get inspired, inspire others, share your energy and have fun, that’s what counts!

Let the battles Begin!
