Breaker of the Month | Bboy Idris – Tranquil Productions

It is time for the final Tranquil Productions Breaker of the Month and we are excited to announce that the eighth Bboy/Bgirl to receive this award is non other than Bboy Idris.

Bboy Idris is a member of Concrete Roses Crew. His style is described as energetic, fast and unpredictable, with two of his best qualities being his creativity and his ability to try any move that is asked of him. He is an inspiration for all the breakers in the Tranquil Productions Family and always pushes himself to the fullest.

One of the amazing things about Idris is that he works hard in every training session. Due to this, his level has increased drastically over the past few months. He has also gone from attending one session a week to three! When at training, he is always on his feet and if you look over at him, you’ll never see him sat down. This Bboy is consistently improving, never giving up and is always committed.

Idris is the kind of Bboy that lights up the room. He is always happy and has a great energy about him and we love that about him. Another reason Idris received the BOTM award is his undeniable determination. He is always willing to battle and cypher during training sessions even when he is tired. His attitude to hip hop is obvious through his style and rounds and if he finds any particular move hard he doesn’t give up. He is always willing to ask other breakers for their input and help so that his breakin becomes the best it can be. Over the recent month he has improved upon not only his moves but his sets as well, he has found creative ways to remember them when it gets tough.

Bboy Idris loves to battle. He always puts in 110%, whether that be at a solo battle, 2v2 battle or crew battle. As a crew member, he is always supportive, positive and reliable. He pushes to win for himself and his crew, you can tell that he has the spark and passion for battling. Despite being young, Idris has the mindset of an experienced Bboy and the potential to go far. The future is certainly bright for him and we are looking forward to seeing him battle on Saturday at the Bradford Brawl 2025 event!
