Breaker of the Month | Bboy Wolverine

We are so happy to announce the seventh breaker to receive the Breaker of the Month award is none other than Bboy Wolverine.

Wolverine is one of the leaders of B.Smooth crew from Buttershaw. He is creative and clean, with his style being described as all rounded, composed and musical. He always pushes himself to improve and will have a positive impact on all of the Tranquil Productions Family and the new generations of breakers in Bradford.

One of the reasons Wolverine won this award is his determination and willingness to learn new moves. Once he is taught a move, it always has a place in his breakin. This Bboy is continuously training at home to obtain the moves and skills he has learnt in classes. Wolverine is a Bboy who always practices his moves until he can not practice anymore. Even though he has only been breakin for just over 1 year, he has pushed his breakin to a whole new level by being committed to his classes and always coming to events Tranquil Productions hold.

Over recent events you can tell that he takes his time when battling, even if he is against breakers who have danced for a longer period of time than him. Wolverine uses his musicality and detail throughout his battling and cyphering. In every battle he enters, he takes his time and shows great composure, which is a special trait for a Bboy or Bgirl so early on in their journey. Another reason Wolverine received the BOTM is down to his recent growth in confidence. When Wolverine first began his breaking journey, he was shy and not wanting to show anyone his amazing moves. However, in the recent months he has come out of his shell and is never phased when battling or cyphering. Furthermore, when he is training or holding meetings with his crew he is giving more ideas and suggestions for their routines, commandos and how they structure their crew battles, especially leading up to Bradford Brawl.

Congratulations Bboy Wolverine, on achieving the seventh Breaker of the Month title, we hope you keep pushing and we look forward to seeing all you achieve this year. Who's going to receive the last spot? All will be revealed next week for the 8th Breaker of the Month title, so stay tuned.
